Shipping Location:  This item ships from Florida, Ohio, Texas, and California. The ship-from location will be determined by the delivery location.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING CUSTOMIZATION OF THIS ITEM:

Quantity:  Select the quantity of cards desired under the "Product Options" category. Do NOT adjust the quantity at the bottom of this page from "1".

Front Layout:  There are three different layout options. The option that you select will display a sample of that layout as the item image.

Back Layout:  This card features a three back layouts (Blue w/ White imprint, Orange w/ White imprint, and White w/ Blue & Gray imprint; you will receive an equal distribution of each back layout with your order).

Pictures & QR Codes:  If you opt to include your picture and/or QR code on your card, you will receive an email from us requesting those files from you. We will begin the proofing process after you reply to that email with the files that are needed.

Proofs:  You will NOT receive a proof for your card on the store. A proof will be emailed to you for your approval.

Compliance:  After you have approved your proof, it will then be sent to your Marketing Team for compliance review. If your Marketing Team makes any adjustments to the information on your card, those adjustments will become final and your card will be sent to production without an additional proof being sent to you.
